We invite teachers, assistant teachers, and aspiring teachers from across the U.S. to learn more about the Tamim Apprenticeship Program. This is a dynamic opportunity to earn a Master’s degree while enhancing your teaching experience under a master mentor in a child-centered, purposeful learning community at a Tamim Academy.
Here’s what makes our program special:
- Learn by doing – Get valuable daily hands-on experience with a paid part-time position in a supportive school environment.
- Degree Program – Earn a fully funded Master’s degree (2-year program) or advanced certificate (1-year program) – Complete your academic coursework online and apply what you learn as you go.
- Mentorship that matters – Collaborate closely with an experienced mentor teacher who will provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and professional support throughout the year.
