Earn Your Master’s While Teaching – Join Our Apprenticeship Program!
We invite teachers, assistant teachers, and aspiring teachers from across the U.S. to the Tamim Apprenticeship Program, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to earn your master’s degree while working side-by-side with an experienced mentor teacher in a real classroom.
The Tamim Apprenticeship Program is a dynamic opportunity to expand your teaching experience, work alongside skilled educators, and become part of a child-centered, purposeful learning community at a Tamim Academy.
Here’s what makes our program special:
- Learn by doing – Gain daily hands-on experience by working part-time, in a paid position, in a supportive school environment.
- Graduate with a fully funded Master’s degree (2 year program) or fully funded advanced certificate (1 year)– Complete your (online) academic coursework while applying it in real time.
- Mentorship that matters – Work closely with a skilled teacher who will coach and guide you throughout the year.
- Professional growth – Receive feedback, develop your teaching style, and build confidence.
